Benjamin K. Ng received the B.A.Sc., M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in engineering science and electrical engineering from the University of Toronto.

From 2005 to 2009, he worked at Radiospire Networks Inc., Boston, U.S., where he held the position of senior communications engineer focusing on the UWB and millimeter wave technologies.  He joined Macao Polytechnic University, Macao, China, in 2010, where he is currently an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Applied Sciences.  His research interests are in wireless communications and signal processing with an emphasis on MIMO, NOMA and machine learning technologies.
